West Midlands Regional Shooting Competition Set for October 2024

Date: 9th Sep 2024 Author: Lewis Tucker

The West Midlands Regional Shooting Competition is gearing up for an exciting weekend from 18th to 20th October 2024 at the Patshull Activity Centre and NRSA Aldersley. This event promises a fun-filled and competitive experience for all Scouts, Explorers, Network, and Adult members.

At Patshull Activity Centre, participants will engage in six-yard air rifle and pistol shooting, ten-metre Sport Crossbow shooting, and a host of other activities, including JOTA/JOTI (Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Internet) and traditional camp activities. The ten-metre shooting events will be held at the NRSA Aldersley, adding an extra level of competition for those with a passion for precision.

All targets shot during the event will count toward the National Scout Rifle postal competition, making this an excellent chance to compete on both a regional and national scale.

If you’re interested in participating or would like further details, please get in touch with Ron Wellsted for more information.

Don’t miss this incredible event — sharpen your skills, meet new friends, and enjoy the thrill of competition in a fun and supportive environment!
