Sessions on current tools available to help with your role including tips on using the new membership system.

Let’s Talk Teams – Sunday Morning
How we work well as a team, building a team to share tasks, recruiting and supporting adults by mentoring and coaching

People & Processes – Sunday Afternoon
What to do when things go wrong and how to prevent these from happening. Overview of current processes we have to support Safe Scouting and compliance, dealing with complaints and the review process.
